Thomas Martello Jr. is a seasoned attorney with over 30 years of experience advocating for injury victims in Ohio. A graduate of Yale University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts with distinction in English, Thomas went on to obtain his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Capital University Law School. While there, he served as the Law Review Articles Editor and published a distinguished piece on Fourth Amendment rights.

Thomas is admitted to practice in Ohio, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. His primary focus is Plaintiffs’ Personal Injury Law, leveraging his extensive litigation experience to secure justice for those harmed by negligence.

Before dedicating his practice exclusively to personal injury law, Thomas co-founded and managed a law firm, gaining valuable experience in criminal law, business law, and appellate litigation. He played a key role in a large-scale asbestos personal injury project, helping shape Ohio Supreme Court precedents. He also served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Capital Crimes Section, handling complex habeas corpus cases on behalf of the State of Ohio.
