Peter Clermont Jr. is the Chief of Staff at The Buckeye Law Group, where he serves as a vital member of the Firm’s Executive Management Committee. In this influential role, he acts as a confidante and advisor to the Firm’s principals, ensuring that all operational strategies align with the overarching goals of personal injury attorneys. Originally from Florida and now a proud resident of Cleveland, Peter brings a unique perspective to his position.

With a keen eye for organization and efficiency, Peter manages the operations of all Buckeye Law Group offices. He coordinates and monitors all activities within the firm, overseeing the planning, supervision, and direction of the administrative, technical, and legal support teams. His leadership is instrumental in creating a seamless environment where personal injury attorneys can thrive in their advocacy for clients.

Beyond his operational responsibilities, Peter is deeply involved in business development, human resources, and litigation departments, contributing to a supportive infrastructure that empowers attorneys to focus on delivering justice. He also plays a key role in community engagement and marketing initiatives, ensuring that the firm remains connected and responsive to the needs of the community it serves.

Peter holds a B.A. in Public Policy & Service from Florida International University and is multilingual, fluent in English, French, and Creole. This linguistic versatility allows him to effectively communicate and address the diverse needs of clients seeking personal injury expertise.

A dedicated volunteer, Peter spends his free time giving back to his local non-denominational church alongside his wife and son in Cleveland. With aspirations of becoming an attorney himself, Peter’s passion for justice and community service shines through in both his personal and professional endeavors.
