Peter Clermont Jr.

Chief of Staff

Peter Clermont Jr. serves as the Chief of Staff at The Buckeye Law Group and is a member of the Firm’s Executive Management Committee. He primarily serves as confidante and advisor to the Firm’s principals, ensuring that all operations support the work of personal injury attorneys.

Peter manages operations of all Buckeye Law Group offices, including the coordination and monitoring of all activities of the firm. As the organizing force of the office, he is responsible for the planning, supervision, and direction of the administrative, technical, and legal support teams, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. His leadership plays a crucial role in supporting the efforts of personal injury attorneys within the firm.

He is also actively involved in business development, human resources, and litigation departments, which all contribute to creating an environment where personal injury attorneys can thrive in their advocacy for clients. Peter’s role ensures that the infrastructure of the firm enables personal injury attorneys to focus on delivering justice for their clients.

Peter holds a B.A. in Public Policy & Service from Florida International University and is fluent in English, French, and Creole, allowing him to effectively communicate and support the diverse needs of clients seeking the expertise of a personal injury attorney.
