Bethany holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Organizational Development from the University of Louisville, equipping her with a solid foundation in HR principles and practices. She began her professional journey in the U.S. Army, where she developed strong human resource management competencies, leadership skills, and a variety of training programs. Over the course of her career, she has collaborated with diverse teams across multiple countries, gaining invaluable insights into global HR dynamics.

A highlight of Bethany’s career includes her leadership of the female engagement team in Afghanistan, where she successfully designed and implemented training programs for women in the Afghan National Army and Afghan Border Police. Additionally, she has dedicated years to serving as a victims’ advocate, demonstrating her commitment to support and empowerment.

Residing in Cleveland, Bethany balances her professional life with her role as a devoted wife and mother. In her leisure time, she cherishes moments spent with family and friends.

Since retiring from the Army, Bethany has embraced her role at Buckeye Law Group, focusing on further enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness within the Human Resources department.
