Anjali Ruf

Human Resources Manager

Anjali Ruf is the Human Resources Manager at the Buckeye Law Group Inc. As such, she handles the day-to-day operations, which include talent management, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and benefits administration. As part of her role, she works closely with personal injury attorneys, contributing to the smooth operation of the legal team.

Mrs. Ruf received her bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, with a minor in Business Administration, from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL. She then went on to receive her Master of Business Administration, also from Florida Atlantic University, while working full-time. She spent 11 years with a neurosurgery practice, working her way from the front desk to Operational Practice Manager. During this time, she built strong relationships with personal injury attorneys, which ultimately inspired her to transition to the legal sector.

In June 2017, she began working in a personal injury law firm in the Human Resources Department. Then, in January 2023, Anjali joined The Buckeye Law Group as the Human Resources Manager. Her experience working in a legal environment has given her valuable insight into how personal injury attorneys collaborate with other professionals to ensure justice for clients.

Anjali is actively involved in her community, spending the last 10 years volunteering at the Feeding the Hungry food pantry. She is also an event volunteer for the annual Brain Cancer Walk. An avid world traveler, she has visited countries like India, Australia, Spain, Bangkok, Bali, Indonesia, Brazil, St. Maarten – St. Martin, St. Thomas, Mexico, Cayman Islands, and Jamaica and plans to explore more destinations in the future. A Florida native, Anjali resides with her husband and three children in Central Florida.
